I was born on April 28th, 1995 at the LDS hospital in Salt Lake City, UT around 1:28 PM to my lovely parents. My mom, MiCher and my father Harrison
We are sad to announce that Dr. Teresa Taylor-Back is no longer with the Eye Institute of Wyoming. She has taken a position with a clinic closer to her family and where she grew up. While we are disappointed to have her leave, we wish her all the best and continue to serve any and all patients that were once under her care in Wyoming.
